Governing Rules for Seventh Element Product Releases and Digital Services

1. Overview & Acceptance
This website is operated by Seventh Element. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Seventh Element. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing an item, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
2. Limited Editions, Scarcity & Allocations
Seventh Element produces footwear in limited production drops:
- No Restocks: Products are manufactured in predetermined quantities. Once a drop reaches zero inventory, production ceases permanently.
- Cart Reservation: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve inventory. Allocation is finalized solely upon receipt of confirmed payment authorization.
- Automated & Bot Prevention: To ensure equitable access during high-traffic drops, we employ automated fraud and script filters. We reserve the right to cancel orders originating from unauthorized bot activity, scripts, or multiple accounts bypassing individual purchase caps.
3. Order Acceptance & Purchase Limits
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit the quantity of any order placed with us. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event an order is canceled or modified, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at checkout.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Currency
All prices listed on the storefront are quoted in the displayed currency and are inclusive of standard applicable taxes unless otherwise noted during checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue any product line without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for price modifications, suspensions, or drop retirements.
5. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
All purchases are completed pursuant to a shipment contract. Once a parcel is transferred to our designated freight carrier and proof of dispatch is recorded, risk of loss and title for items pass to the purchaser. Accurate delivery addresses must be provided during checkout; Seventh Element is not liable for delayed or redirected shipments resulting from erroneous address entries.
6. Intellectual Property
All visual designs, product silhouettes, graphic assets, branding, typography, photography, section layouts, and written editorial text on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Seventh Element. No material may be reproduced, redistributed, copied, or exploited for commercial purposes without express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seventh Element shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website access, or the purchase of any product, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
